About Me
Mint Julep is our sweet and easy-going doe with a gentle personality and a curious nature. She was born here at Shalgo Farm and has grown into a lovely young lady who enjoys attention and sunshine in equal measure.
Julep has an affectionate disposition — she’s one of those goats who will come right up for a pet or a scrap of hay, and she’s never the first to cause trouble. Her calm energy makes her a favorite among visitors and a great companion for the rest of the herd.
She holds her own on the milk stand and she has even nursed four kids without any issues. She is a dream on the stand and has great hand-milking teats.
